Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders (engineers designers, managers, and clients) involved in the whole process of new products.
  • A deep understanding of customer expectations will help you scope out new ideas for our clients, including the development of upsetting and cross-selling strategies.
  • Support our product management team with ongoing activities and initiatives.
  • Be the voice of the user understanding inside MVST. You are able to feel what a target user feels. You will employ user science to identify high potential user problems and successfully evaluated a product’s user impact.
Requirements
  • You understand terms relating to engineering, business, and user experience.
  • Through your good communication skills and detail-focused mind, you inspire your colleagues and clients.
  • You solve problems in the most effective way while thinking about what's the best for all involved stakeholders.
  • We're looking for people who don't fear trying something different, breaking imaginary barriers, and aiming for innovative design, moreover, people who are always thinking beyond our customers, always want the best, and aspire to offer the best customer experience.
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern (Developer, Designer, Founder und Kunden)
  • Aktive Beteiligung am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess neuer Produkte
  • Tiefer Einblick der Kundenerwartungen und Entwicklung neuer Ideen für unsere Kunden
  • Entwicklung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Strategien
  • Unterstützung des Produktmanagement-Teams bei laufenden Aktivitäten und Initiativen
  • Verständnis und Umsetzung der Nutzersicht
  • Einsetzen von User Science, um potenzielle Probleme zu identifizieren und die Auswirkungen eines Produkts erfolgreich zu bewerten
Dein Profil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Begriffen aus den Bereichen Technik, Wirtschaft und User Experience
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und detailorientiertes Denken
  • Effektive Problemlösung mit dem Ziel, das Beste für alle Beteiligten zu berücksichtigen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
